A positive thing about winter? Of course, polenta. If it comes with the creamy Igor Gorgonzola cheese, lunch becomes a party!
Preparation
Cut the polenta into squares and place in a greased dish. Spread the gorgonzola and grated parmesan cheese on top and at the end some pieces of butter. Put in the oven at 180/200°C and allow to brown for a few minutes. Serve hot.
