Fettuccine Alfredo with sweet Gorgonzola

INGREDIENTS

For the pasta:
300 g of “00” flour
3 whole eggs

For the sauce:
300 g of sweet Gorgonzola cheese
salt

Preparation

To make the homemade fettuccine combine eggs and flour, mix and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and pass it through a pasta machine to get the fettuccine. Bring a large pot to boil, add the fettucine in salted water and cook for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, you can begin to whip up the sauce. Melt the sweet Gorgonzola cheese in a saucepan; once melted, you can pass it through a strainer to remove the ferment. Finally, serve in a casserole dish.
