Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, using a fork, mix turkey, milk, breadcrumbs, eggs with just a pinch of salt because the spicy Gorgonzola alone increases the food salinity.
When the ingredients are blended, place the diced Gorgonzola deep inside the dough using your fingers.
Roll the meatloaf onto a moisten sheet of parchment paper.
Twist ends as the meatloaf were a candy to obtain a cylindrical shape.
Bake for about half an hour.
