Preparation
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a stiff brush and cold running water so that you remove the dirt from their skins. After you have washed them and dried them, wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and place them on a baking tray. Bake for about an hour at 180/200°C.
To check if the potatoes are ready, stick in a fork, if it sinks in easily then they are ready. Remove the potatoes from the oven and unwrap them.
Now cut them down the middle and then crack open with your fork. At this point, stuff your potatoes with chunks of Sweet Gorgonzola cheese.
