mild blue cheese, made with whole pasteurized cow milk. It is
spiced with saffron because of the Lombard origin of
Si Invernizzi Creamery. The red spice gives to the pulp a very
fascinating blonde color and a
unique and
sophisticated bittersweet flavor. The natural and still curing of two months makes Sant’Ambrogio a very rich and Milanese-fashion-style cheese.
