A creative summer recipe, where watermelon and Gorgonzola cheese are the main ingredients.
Preparation
Boil the espresso in a pan, with brown sugar and aromatic herbs.
Melt the gorgonzola with still water.
Melt the dark chocolate in another saucepan.
Shape a cube of watermelon with a knife.
Sprinkle the watermelon cube with brown sugar, coffee powder and brown in a pan with olive oil.
Garnishment:
Brush the center of a dish with dark chocolate and add a crumbled macaroon.
Add the melted gorgonzola and the watermelon cube.
Drizzle with coffee powder. Add half a lime juice.
Garnish with the zests of candied oranges, the asparagus, the aromatic herbs and the
watermelon juice.
