Preparation
Boil the Carnaroli rice in a pot filled with broth; drain the rice and while
it’s still warm add to it some sweet gorgonzola along with a few pieces
of spicy gorgonzola enough to achieve the desired lavor intensity,
then stir until all the cheese melts.
