Preparation
Remove the crust from the bread and cut it into pieces, chop it in the mixer. In a bowl, put ground meat, unshelled sausage, mussel and chopped parsley.
Salt and potatoes.
Add grated cheese, chopped garlic cloves and whipped eggs, mix everything until a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Finally, add bread to mix again.
Take a dough of dough and make a meatball, put it in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and when it is hot, dip the meatballs and turn them until golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
Cut the Gorgonzola in pieces and let it dissolve in a pan with a little cream. Just loose, add the rest of cream and grated cheese, mix well and put in a bowl.
Serve hot dumplings accompanied by cream at Gorgonzola.
