Preparation
Cut the veal slices with a square or rectangular shape into pieces of the same size.
Melt the Sweet Gorgonzola with the cream until creamy, cut the thin sliced avocado and the Spicy Gorgonzola with cubes.
Cook the veal fillets in a slightly oiled, salted and peppered pan, as desired.
Place a piece of calf, a spoon of cream on the Gorgonzola and a sliced avocado on a plate, then continue for 4/5 layers.
At the top, put a spoon of roasted Gorgonzola and gorgonzola, finished decorating the dish with balsamic vinegar cream, spicy Gorgonzola cubes and two avocado slices.
